ZALORA is seeking an HR Support professional to assist the Senior Regional P&C Business Partner in implementing strategies aligned with business goals. The role involves coordinating manpower planning data, supporting talent acquisition and management initiatives, and assisting in employee engagement efforts.

You will also handle employee queries, assist in learning and development activities, and support change management communications across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in HR support roles, with matrix/global environment a plus.
• Good knowledge of HR principles and practices including but not limited to ER and performance management.
• Strong communication, organization, and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Support in implementing P&C strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate manpower planning data, headcount, org structure and budgets.
• Assist on talent acquisition, management, diversity and rewards initiatives.
• Support employee engagement surveys and action planning.
• Handle employee queries and escalate complex issues to Senior HRBP.
• Assist learning and development activities and track participation.
• Support change management communications and project tracking.
• Collect and organize P&C metrics for data-driven decisions.
