The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of HR experience. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of HR practices and local labour laws.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering.
• Experience in implementing HR strategies and managing complex business or people-related issues.
• Good knowledge of labour laws and local HR practices.
