Job summary

Flex is seeking an HR Generalist in Prai, Penang to implement HR programs, support business clients on people issues, and contribute to growth and profitability.

You’ll partner with managers on recruitment, employee engagement, policies, and compliance; guide inclusion, manage lifecycle activities, and assist with compensation and benefits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR and 2–5 years of HR experience, with proficiency in Excel and payroll knowledge; local labor law awareness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of Human Resources or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and must possess basic payroll knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions (talent needs, recruitment methodologies, diverse talent, development).
• Advise site management on talent matters to drive engagement, workforce planning, data trends and policies.
• Assess management capabilities and provide feedback and mentorship to managers.
• Guides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities with heads and employees.
• Participates as an agile member on site and corporate projects, teams and process improvement.
