About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Canteen Manager to join our team in Putrajaya on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our food services operations, responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of our canteen facilities. As Canteen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining operational excellence and building strong relationships with our clients and team members. This role is essential to our business success and directly impacts the experience of everyone who uses our canteen services.

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proven ability to manage teams and motivate staff to achieve operational goals
• Sound financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
• Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service excellence and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including peak service times
• Relevant qualification in food service management, hospitality or related field is preferred but not essential if you have substantial relevant experience
