Sodexo Malaysia Pte Ltd invites applications for a Unit Manager (Food Operations) in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. You will oversee day-to-day food service operations at the client site and drive exceptional dining experiences.

Lead a team, manage menu planning, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling, ensure health and safety compliance, and build strong supplier relationships while contributing to the growth of the food services division.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Unit Manager or Food Service Manager roles.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-volume food service operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; able to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Proficient in using food service management software and data analysis tools.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sodexo Malaysia Pte Ltd as a Unit Manager (Food Operations). In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day food service operations at our client site in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, MY. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring the smooth running of the food services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the food service operation, including menu planning, inventory control, budgeting and staff scheduling
