Job summary

Dirasa F&B Catering in Kota Kemuning, Selangor, is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operation F&B to support the Operations Manager in delivering smooth, high-quality catering services.

You will oversee F&B operations, supervise kitchen and service staff, manage inventory, coordinate with clients, and assist with budgeting and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in F&B operations management or a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and catering regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and knowledge of F&B management software (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (essential).

About the role
