Menara Maxis is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Penang Mainland to lead distributor executives and drive sales across all product lines. You will build strong relationships with dealers and guide their success in Maxis’ business journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 5-7 years sales experience, 2-4 years in a similar industry.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute sales plans for assigned territory.
• Lead distributor's sales team and manage dealer network to win market leadership.
• Develop dealers through training on product knowledge, selling skills, and IT systems.
• Plan campaigns, monitor trade activity, and submit timely management reports.
