• Develop and implement territory sales strategies to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Lead, coach, and manage distributor sales teams to ensure effective execution and performance targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential dealers to expand network and coverage.
• Optimize distribution point coverage and maintain healthy trade buffer stock levels.
• Organize dealer training on product knowledge, selling techniques, and IT systems.
• Monitor compliance with sales cycles and promotional campaigns.
• Develop territory expansion plans based on market potential and business objectives.
