Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced ME/IE Manager to lead the manufacturing engineering team in Penang. As site technology leader, you will drive operational excellence, guide a team of engineers, and shape ME/IE strategies across site and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes.
• Proven track record in leadership, business analysis, process development, and change management.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Industrial, Process, and Manufacturing Engineers.
• Define and implement ME/IE strategies aligned with campus and corporate directions.
• Support business development efforts with current and potential customers.
• Provide regular updates to Operations Managers and Business Unit Managers on strategy execution.
• Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives by streamlining processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics management.
