Job summary

Jabil in Malaysia is seeking an ME/IE Manager to serve as the site technology leader for manufacturing processes and systems. You will lead a large team of engineers to design and implement end-to-end manufacturing processes, while supporting global ME/IE strategies and customer-facing initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and strategic collaboration across functions to optimize production, equipment utilization, and material flow in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes.
• Proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3-5 years in electronics manufacturing; 2-3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a large group of Engineers to define and implement complete manufacturing processes.
• Establish and implement site and global ME/IE strategies.
• Provide exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement across processes.
• Forecast and manage equipment, layouts, and material flow.
