Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a technically strong and people-driven Test Engineering Manager to lead our Test Engineering team. You will drive innovation, manage test strategies, and deliver exceptional results for customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 7 years of relevant experience with 5 in management, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Test Engineering team.
• Define and implement test strategies aligned with campus and corporate goals.
• Provide regular updates to Operations and Business Unit Managers on strategy execution.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and streamline test processes.
• Drive development of specialised test equipment and software.
