Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, process engineering, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of PCB or OSAT manufacturing.
• Independent work capability with a proactive mindset.
• Strong communication with engineers and managers.
• Desire to build a long-term corporate sales career.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for key electronics manufacturing clients and local distributors in Penang.
• Visit factory floors to help production engineers solve technical issues using our materials.
• Protect existing business by preventing clients from switching to competitors.
• Work with internal engineers to introduce new product upgrades to clients.
• Monitor sales targets, update pipelines, and manage basic price negotiations.
• Provide regular local market updates to remote regional managers.
