Job summary

AHM Dynamic Enterprise in Selangor is seeking a dedicated Pembantu Operasi (Site) to join our construction team as a full-time site operations assistant. You will support the site supervisor and project management to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across active sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in construction site operations or a supervisory support role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site safety standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate site activities and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Malay and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and good decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards (OSHA or equivalent).
• Willingness to travel between sites and possess a valid driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with site management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site supervisor in coordinating and overseeing daily construction activities and site operations.
• Monitor and maintain site records, including work progress reports, material logs, and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and company protocols.
• Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring proper organisation and accessibility.
• Support the management of site personnel, including attendance tracking and communication of instructions.
• Maintain clear communication between the site team, management, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational challenges and delays on site.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the construction site.
• Support the preparation of site documentation, permits, and other administrative requirements.
• Contribute to a culture of safety by reporting hazards and encouraging safe work practices among all site personnel.

About the role

AHM Dynamic Enterprise is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pembantu Operasi (Site) to join our construction team. This is a full-time position based in Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in supporting site operations and ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects. As a site operations assistant, you will work closely with the site supervisor and project management team to maintain efficiency, safety standards, and quality control on all active construction sites. This position is integral to the day-to-day running of our operations and directly contributes to the successful delivery of our projects.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in Malay and English; additional languages are advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision‑making
• Knowledge of relevant Malaysian construction regulations and safety standards (such as OSHA or equivalent)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
• Preferably possesses a valid driving licence and is willing to travel between sites
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with site management software is preferred
