QL Kitchen Sdn Bhd is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end monthly payroll, maintain employee records, and coordinate statutory contributions and benefits in Malaysia. You will ensure accurate and timely salary payments while upholding compliance with employment laws.

You will use HRIS and payroll software to verify calculations, attendance, and deductions, handle employee movements, and respond to payroll inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and related tools.
• Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Able to perform payroll calculations, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Experience with timekeeping/attendance systems and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong communication and confidentiality in payroll data.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for salaries, allowances and other compensation.
• Verify payroll calculations, attendance, overtime, deductions and employee movements.
• Ensure accurate statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF).
• Conduct payroll reconciliation and timely payroll-related activities.
• Maintain up-to-date employee payroll and personal records.
• Process employee movements including joiners, resignations, transfers, promotions and salary adjustments.
• Ensure HR and payroll processes comply with employment laws and company policies.
• Monitor absenteeism and verify attendance data accuracy.
• Respond to payroll, attendance and benefits enquiries promptly.
• Administer employee benefits including medical and health insurance and retirement plans.
