ACCLIME Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll administration for multiple clients while ensuring compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements and employment regulations. You will be the primary contact for payroll inquiries and provide basic HR advisory support.

Responsibilities include processing monthly payroll, maintaining accurate records, and delivering timely payroll reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably with outsourcing or client payroll services.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, PCB/MTD and income tax submissions.
• Good understanding of the Employment Act 1955 and other Malaysian employment legislation.
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end monthly payroll for multiple clients.
• Proficient Excel and payroll system skills.
• Strong client management, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage full payroll cycle for assigned clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, bonuses, commissions, claims, deductions and final payments.
• Handle new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, promotions and payroll changes.
• Prepare and verify payroll reports and deliver them to clients within agreed timelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR/payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp, PCB/MTD and income tax submissions.
• Draft employment contracts and employee handbooks and support payroll audits.
