Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Payroll certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience as a Payroll Analyst in a global or multi-regional context is valued.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software (Workday/ADP) and MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 complex payroll HR-related issues and resolutions via ServiceNow and Workday.
• Monitor payroll ticket queues, perform daily reviews, manage escalations to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide training and support to Tier 1 to resolve straightforward inquiries.
• Contribute to knowledge management and process improvements.
• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
