Job summary

Convatec is seeking a motivated Payroll Analyst to join our Kuala Lumpur-based Payroll Inquiry Support team. You will resolve complex payroll queries, ensure accurate deductions and employee data, and collaborate with HR and finance to improve processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong knowledge of payroll laws, and experience with Workday and payroll software. Fluent English and high attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Payroll certification preferred.
• Experience as Payroll Analyst in a global or multi-regional context.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 payroll inquiries and resolutions via ServiceNow/Workday.
• Monitor payroll ticket queues and escalations to meet SLAs.
• Partner with payroll, HR and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide training to Tier 1 support and contribute to knowledge management.
