Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Malaysia to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple sites, ensuring accurate tax computations and deductions in line with internal policies.

You will resolve payroll issues with the helpdesk, support year-end adjustments, maintain process documentation, and deliver courteous service to employees while upholding data privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling payroll in accordance with internal policies.
• Accurate calculation of taxes and deductions required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail for data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll according to internal policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensures payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely; ensures proper calculation of taxes and deductions.
• Provides customer support to employees across multiple locations; collaborates with Payroll Accounting to reconcile items.
• Participates in year-end process including year-end adjustments and tax statements.
