The role involves handling salaries, allowances, overtime, medical claims, and deductions while maintaining accurate records and responding to staff inquiries. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/HRM/Business Admin or related fields, with at least 1 year payroll experience and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, HRM, Business Admin, or related field.
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of payroll experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing including salaries, allowances, overtime, medical claims, bonuses, and deductions.
• Execute payroll transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain and file employees' personal data, attendance, leave, and medical claims.
• Answer staff inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
