Job summary

J&T Express Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR & Admin team and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative operations. You will ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business growth strategies.

You will supervise HR activities including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and training, while partnering with management on workforce planning and expansion projects for the logistics business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Proven HR management experience in logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise HR and Admin team members.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, HR administration and compliance.
• Drive HR process improvements and KPI-based performance.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
