Job summary

J&T DISTRIBUTION SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a diligent HR Executive (Payroll) based in Bukit Raja, Klang. You will manage full payroll processing, ensure accurate payments, and handle staff inquiries on wages, deductions, and time records.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, HRM or related field, with at least 1 year of payroll experience. Proficiency in Excel and strong numerical accuracy are essential; immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, HRM, Business Administration/Management, Psychology or related field.
• Preferably with 1 year payroll experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of payroll processing including salaries, allowances, overtime, medical claims, bonuses, deductions, and other payments.
• Execute payroll transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain employees’ personal files, leave records, attendance and HR documentation.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

About the role
This is a full-time Payroll Executive role based in Bukit Raja, Klang. As part of the HR team at J&T DISTRIBUTION SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for managing the company's payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments to all employees.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing, including computation of salaries, allowances, overtime, medical claims, bonuses, statutory deductions, and other related payments.
• Execute payroll transactions accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Maintain employees’ personal files, including leave records, medical claims, attendance, and other HR documentation in the filing system.
• Respond to staff inquiries regarding wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Preferably with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in payroll.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
