Job summary

You will process monthly payroll, maintain records, ensure statutory compliance, handle queries, and assist with audits. Proficiency in Excel and good communication are essential, with experience in payroll systems considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using payroll systems will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave data.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with annual tax submissions, audits and other payroll activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other relevant regulations.
• Verify attendance records, overtime claims, allowances, deductions, and leave information.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Assist with annual tax submissions, audits, and other payroll-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
