Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided and Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and databases.
• Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other regulations.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and leave entries.
• Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents.
• Assist with annual tax submissions and audits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using payroll systems will be an added advantage.
