Job summary

Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a payroll administrator to manage end-to-end payroll, staff claims, and related reporting. The role requires strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication with staff and internal teams.

The successful candidate will identify payroll issues, maintain documentation, and ensure accurate timely processing. A degree and at least 2 years in payroll is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in accounting work is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools; good written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia; detail-oriented; team player.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible in administering the entire payroll processes and staff claim, managing payroll reporting and documentation system. The candidate is also responsible to identify, analyse and troubleshoot payroll queries/issues.

• Candidates should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or any related field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ working experiences in handling end-to-end payroll processing.
• Candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in accounting work will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tool, good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, detailed oriented and good team player is a pre-requisite.
