Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for our Malaysia operations. You will ensure accurate salary calculations, deductions and benefits while maintaining compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Accounting/Finance and 2-3 years of payroll experience in Malaysia, with strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of payroll processing experience in Malaysia.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for Malaysia employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, deductions, allowances and benefits.
• Manage payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, leaves, overtime and other payroll-related transactions.
• Verify and validate payroll data before processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Process off-cycle payments, bonuses, commissions and other ad-hoc payments as required.
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
