• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in retail.
• Familiarity with Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll processing for the Company and subsidiaries, including salary, incentives, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Handle payroll adjustments, off-cycle payroll, and year-end returns (EA/EC forms).
• Maintain payroll records for internal/external audits and respond to enquiries.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Finance, and operations; coordinate with vendors and government bodies.
