Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor\'s degree or 3+ years with an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or 0 years with a PhD
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, banking/financial services or business management

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within consulting engagements or transformation programs for issuing, acquiring, merchant & fintech clients
• Identify client pain points and define project scope, deliverables and revenue opportunities
• Develop client proposals, project plans and materials; present findings and recommendations
• Collaborate with product, marketing, risk, and innovation teams to leverage Visa resources
• Conduct industry research and distill insights; create compelling client presentations
