Qualifications

• 8+ years in payments industry or related business leadership.
• Experience designing, developing and launching payments products in Malaysia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data extraction and insight development.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders across banks, fintechs, merchants or acquirers.

Responsibilities

• Define Malaysia growth product solution planning and implementation across emerging capabilities.
• Lead Go-To-Market plans for next‑generation consumer capabilities with clients.
• Drive market strategy and client engagement for flexible credential propositions.
• Lead commercialization of issuing and accepting products to enable seamless payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver country goals and strategic priorities.
• Develop market-facing thought leadership on future commerce themes.
