You will lead market strategy, client engagement and commercialization for Visa Flexible Credentials, agentic commerce and digital currency opportunities, shaping Malaysia's payments future.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payments industry and leadership roles.
• Experience designing, developing and launching payments products in Malaysia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Malaysia growth product solution planning and implementation across emerging and strategic product capabilities.
• Develop Go-To-Market plans for Visa’s next-generation consumer capabilities and identify use cases and value propositions.
• Drive market strategy and client engagement for Visa Flexible Credentials, including issuer enablement opportunities.
• Commercialize Visa’s latest issuing and acceptance product across Visa’s network to help consumers pay seamlessly.
• Support Malaysia’s strategy for Agentic Commerce, including AI-enabled commerce and tokenized credentials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver country goals and strategic priorities.
