Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, banking/financial services or business management.
• Strong knowledge of the payments industry landscape and developments in Malaysia.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with experience handling senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive ROI through initiatives such as cost savings or revenue uplift.

Responsibilities

• Develop client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles, responsibilities, scope and deliverables.
• Lead project engagements by preparing materials (interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworks).
• Conduct industry research and distill insights relevant to client problems.
• Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings and recommendations.
