Job summary

Visa is seeking a Client Consulting Manager in Malaysia to lead workstreams within consulting engagements for issuing, acquiring, merchant and fintech clients. You will gather inputs, analyze data, develop reports, and work with clients to implement recommendations.

The role spans payment strategy, product-market fit, customer value proposition design, and digital payments initiatives, with data-driven solutions and AI model deployment collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, banking/financial services or business management.
• Manager-level experience in Big 4 consulting firms and equivalent is valued.
• Strong knowledge of payments industry landscape and regulatory changes in Malaysia.
• Excellent client relationship management skills with experience in sales or dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Robust experience in execution/implementation delivering tangible business impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify client pain-points and define project scope, deliverables and revenue opportunities.
• Develop proposals and project plans with clear roles, dependencies and deliverables.
• Deliver project engagements with interview guides, data requirements, concepts and frameworks.
• Conduct industry research and distill insights relevant to client problems.
• Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings and recommendations.
