Job summary

Tradev Markets Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end payment processes across regions. The role involves ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency while collaborating with Finance and Operations teams.

A 3-shift rotation with work-from-home options for night shifts will apply. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in fintech or payment operations, understands payment flows and PSPs, and communicates effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance, Business, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years in fintech, payment operations, e-wallets, or banking.
• Good understanding of payment flows and PSP operations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong English communication; additional languages help regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily payment activities, including wallet top-ups, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and payment gateway partners to resolve transaction-related issues efficiently.
• Review withdrawal requests and monitor suspicious or abnormal transaction activities; ensure compliance.
• Update SOPs and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and automate processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Payment Operations Specialist to join our growing fintech operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of payment operations across multiple regions.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment processes, monitoring transaction activities, maintaining system stability, and supporting operational controls. The role also requires close collaboration with internal Finance and Operations teams to deliver a seamless and secure payment experience for global users.

This position operates on a rotational 3-shift schedule, with work-from-home flexibility available for night and midnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transaction Management

• Process and monitor daily payment activities, including wallet top-ups, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Ensure transactions are executed accurately, securely, and within established timelines.
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, and payment gateway partners to resolve transaction‑related issues efficiently.
• Support partner onboarding and assist in ongoing performance monitoring.

3. Risk, Compliance & Operational Controls

• Review withdrawal requests and monitor suspicious or abnormal transaction activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal operational controls and regional compliance requirements.
• Monitor payment systems to ensure operational stability, accuracy, and uptime.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational incidents and escalating issues when necessary.

5. Process Improvement

• Review, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve workflows, enhance automation, and increase operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fintech, payment operations, e‑wallets, or banking operations.
• Good understanding of payment flows, PSP operations, settlement cycles.
Basic understanding of payment system structures is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an added advantage for regional collaboration.
