Job summary

Life Care Diagnostic Medical Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Management Associate to develop a long-term management career in healthcare. The role involves rotating across operations, administration, clinical support, and business development with mentorship from senior management.

She/he will participate in a structured training program across departments, collaborate on improvement initiatives, and assist in process analysis, policy implementation, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare or business operations.
• Internship or experience in healthcare, hospitality, or business operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Malaysian healthcare regulations and patient management processes.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Science, or a related field.

At least 2-3 years of working experience in healthcare or business operations.

Internship or experience in healthcare, hospitality, or business operations is preferred.

Familiarity with Malaysian healthcare regulations and patient management processes.

A multilingual candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is highly preferred, with Mandarin proficiency essential to liaise effectively with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Demonstrated leadership qualities through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous work experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in the healthcare industry.
