Vealthme Wellness Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level Clinic Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to support appointment scheduling, patient records, billing and daily operations. You will liaise with doctors, laboratories and HR teams, ensuring a professional patient experience.

Training will be provided for clinical procedures like Resting ECG and Body Composition Analysis. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities for career progression into senior roles and clinic management.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in healthcare, customer service, hospitality or administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments and manage follow-up reminders.
• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Ensure every patient receives a professional and caring experience.
• Manage patient records, billing and payment collection.
• Prepare invoices and administrative documents.
• Coordinate laboratory results and doctor appointments.
• Maintain accurate clinic documentation and daily operations.
• Coordinate corporate health screening programmes and wellness services.
• Liaise with doctors, laboratories and corporate HR representatives.
• Assist in planning and ensuring smooth service delivery for corporate healthcare projects.
• Resting ECG and Body Composition Analysis training will be provided.
