Job summary

Longevity Health Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a vigilant Operations/Student Affairs Executive to support student registration, data management, and daily administrative tasks. You will help generate new leads, coordinate marketing activities, and respond to enquiries promptly.

The role encompasses follow-ups, reporting, and assisting in international marketing while maintaining smooth daily operations within the company.

Responsibilities

• Attend and reply to all student enquiries within 24-hours
• Research for new leads and assist in generating leads
• Send daily progress reports, updates and monthly sales reports
• Follow up on student data and seek new data to encourage enrollment
• Systematic follow-up to convert leads into active students
• Register students and prepare documents for students
• Manage student data and update them accordingly
• Update students on upcoming activities
• Assist in generating sales for the company
• Oversee and/ or assist in international marketing activities
• Monitor social media platforms and ensure marketing content is posted daily
• Inform the company of potential and upcoming local and international aesthetic medical events
• Understand the roles of student affairs executive and assist when needed
• Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth running
• Assist the managing director in company-related activities when needed
