KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a reliable Cashier to handle transactions efficiently and provide friendly service in our reception area. You will process cash transactions, issue receipts, greet customers, maintain tidy checkout, and ensure daily totals are accurate.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of related experience, proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and basic MS Office skills; integrity and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
• Proficient in writing and conversing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic Course in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• High integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers on entry and exit.
• Handle cash transactions with cash registers and issue receipts.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Keep reports of transactions.
• Count money in cash drawers at shift start/end and ensure adequate change.
• Communicate with others in a polite and professional manner.
• Ensure conformance to hospital policies and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of information under PDPA 2010.
