KPJ Kuala Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a diligent Cashier to process cash transactions accurately in line with established policies. You will greet customers, operate cash registers, issue receipts and prepare itemized bills while maintaining a clean checkout area.

Education required: minimum SPM or Diploma; 1–2 years experience preferred. You will collaborate with hospital staff, follow ISO/HALAL and safety standards, and uphold patient rights and service quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Education: minimum SPM or Diploma; 1–2 years' experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and handle cash accurately.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the hospital premises.
• Handle cash transactions using the cash register and issue receipts.
• Issue receipts, summary bill, itemized bill and refunds as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and guide them with information.
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas and count money at shift start/end.
• Keep accurate transaction reports and record totals.
• Communicate with customers in a polite, professional manner.
