Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking a Customer Care & Experience Concierge to assist at the Main Entrance and designated areas, ensuring a compassionate, smooth patient journey. You will greet visitors, direct them, and support corporate clients and international guests with information, transportation, and accommodation arrangements as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in hospitality environment is an added advantage
• Interacting with patients, visitors and staff requires strong communication
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are important
• Knowledge of hospital surroundings helps in guiding guests

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers at Main Entrance of the lobby
• Greet and direct customers to their destination
• Be the point of contact for KPJ’s corporate clients
• Attend to foreigners needing treatment and assist with accommodation and transportation
• Attend to VIPs and alert management on any arrivals
• Provide information on doctors, specialties, locations of departments and staff
• Perform other duties delegated by HOS or Management
• Establish harmonious working relationships within and with other departments
• Be familiar with patient and family rights policy
