Qualifications

• Patient, empathetic and comfortable assisting people with different needs.
• Able to work effectively with hospital teams.
• Hospital, healthcare, hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors politely.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and courteously.
• Guide patients and visitors to the appropriate departments.
• Assist patients who need wheelchairs or help moving between services.
• Keep the lobby and reception area clean, organised and welcoming.
• Ensure wheelchairs, seating and information brochures are available.
• Coordinate with internal departments on lobby activities and events.
