Job summary

KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital is seeking an Envoy, Concierge to warmly greet guests, assist at the main entrance, and guide them to hospital services. The role includes handling wheelchairs, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and assisting patients as needed.

Responsibilities cover maintaining equipment, assisting staff and visitors, and upholding hospital policies. A 1–2 year relevant experience and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs at the hospital entrance.
• Assist customers at the main entrance and usher them to required services.
• Carry customer luggage and search for/position wheelchairs throughout the hospital.
• Maintain and disinfect wheelchairs; ensure they are in good condition.
• Push patients on wheelchairs as requested and assist daily cleaning of wheelchairs.
• Report faulty equipment to Biomedical/maintenance and coordinate with HOS as needed.
