Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital seeks a Customer Care & Experience assistant to greet patients, assist with inquiries, and coordinate with consultants and staff to ensure smooth service.

The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, accurate information delivery, and responsive handling of requests via written, verbal, and telephone channels.

Previous experience in nursing or public relations and fluent English are preferred; IT literacy with Windows is required.

Qualifications

• SPM is required.
• Preferably with nursing and public relations experience.
• 1-2 years working experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and fluent in English.
• IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

Responsibilities

• Greet and offers assistance to patients / customers who require help.
• Keeps confidentiality of patients' personal and medical history.
• Works closely with Consultants & staff (clinical & non-clinical) to ensure smooth coordination and continuous communication to meet patients' needs.
• Deliver accurate information and efficient service in answering requests, providing information and resolving issues on services for customers.
• Provides prompt personalised service to all inquiries (written, verbal & telephone) and feedback from customers.
