Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Customer Care professional to warmly greet patients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and guide them to appropriate services within the hospital. The role includes maintaining a clean lobby area, preparing facilities, and assisting disabled patients with wheelchairs and related needs.

You will accompany patients through the hospital, liaise with internal departments for events at the lobby, and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Preferably with relevant experience related to nursing and Public Relations.
• 1 year or 2 years’ working experience in Customer Service.
• Good interpersonal, communication skill and fluent in both spoken and written English.
• IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Working with less supervision, mature, independent with a strong sense of self-initiative and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Politely greeting patients and visitors who come in to the hospital.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Maintain clean surroundings at lobby and reception area.
• Respond and guide customers to the right place of services.
• Preparation of facilities such as wheelchair, sitting chairs, newspaper and product brochure.
• Assists disabled patient by providing and pushing the wheelchair.
• Accompany patient from main entrance to other services when necessary.
• Communicate and assist internal departments regarding any events at lobby area.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
