Job summary

KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital is seeking a customer service orientated individual to greet and assist patients and visitors at the lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment. You will respond to inquiries, guide customers to services, and support disabled patients with mobility needs while coordinating with internal departments for smooth lobby operations.

The role requires basic education (SPM), good English, and IT literacy, with 1–2 years in customer service and a mature, self-motivated

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM.
• Experience in nursing and public relations preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a polite manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a courteous way.
• Maintain a clean lobby and reception area.
• Guide customers to the right services.
• Assist disabled patients by providing and pushing wheelchairs.
• Accompany patients between entrances and services when needed.
• Communicate with internal departments about lobby events.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Politely greeting patients and visitors who come in to the hospital. Respond promptly to customer inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner. Maintain clean surroundings at lobby and reception area. Respond and guide customers to the right place of services. Preparation of facilities such as wheelchair, sitting chairs, newspaper and product broacher. Assists disable patient by providing and pushing the wheelchair. Accompany patient from main entrance to other services when necessary. Communicate and assist internal departments regarding any events at lobby area. Other ad-hoc task assign by Superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum SPM. Preferably with relevant experience related to nursing and Public Relations. 1 year or 2 years’ working experience in Customer Service. Good interpersonal, communication skill and fluent in both spoken and written English. IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Working with less supervision, mature, independent with a strong sense of self-initiative and motivation.
