Job summary

Puteri Specialist Hospital is seeking a CCX Executive to be the frontline ambassador for patients, visitors, and staff. You will ensure a seamless hospital journey by delivering clear information, guiding to departments, and addressing inquiries with courtesy.

You will manage appointment scheduling, registrations, and VIP assistance while handling complaints professionally and contributing to service improvements through patient feedback and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Communications.
• 5–7 years in public relations, preferably healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Provide accurate information on hospital services and appointment procedures.
• Guide patients to departments and facilities.
• Handle complaints and escalate when needed.
• Maintain patient service records and logs.
