Job summary

KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital is seeking an attentive CCX Envoy to guide patients and visitors through hospital facilities, assist with inquiries, and escort patients when needed. The role emphasizes a warm, professional demeanor and strong teamwork in a busy healthcare environment.

The position requires good communication skills in English and Malay, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to walk and escort patients. A diploma in related fields is preferred, with minimum SPM qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM
• Diploma in Customer Service or Hospitality (preferred)
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Provide clear and accurate information about hospital facilities, services, and procedures.
• Assist patients and visitors in navigating the hospital premises and finding the correct departments.
• Escort patients to designated locations when necessary, especially elderly or disabled individuals.
• Greet patients and visitors to create a positive first impression and assist with general inquiries.
• Provide information on amenities such as waiting lounges, cafés, and prayer rooms.
• Assist with patient comfort and ensure waiting areas are organized and welcoming.
• Collaborate with receptionists, nurses, and security to facilitate smooth movement of patients.
