Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking an administrative specialist to manage patient appointments, oversee brochure distribution, and handle general enquiries while performing essential clerical duties. You will support smooth service flow and assist in the rollout of new hospital services.

You will ensure compliance with ISO standards and accreditation requirements, uphold patient rights and safety policies, follow SPP guidelines, and participate in loyalty initiatives such as KPJ Cares,

Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments efficiently to minimize waiting time.
• Oversee brochures and flyers distribution to support patient information needs.
• Handle general enquiries and complaints in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support departmental operations.
• Support the implementation and onboarding of new hospital services.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, 5S, and Hospital Accreditation standards with proper documentation.
• Uphold policies relating to patients’ and families’ rights.
• Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Goals at all times.
• Adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP) guidelines.
• Support Customer Loyalty Management initiatives, including KPJ Cares programmes.
• Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the hospital.
