Job summary

Infinity Integrated Care Sdn Bhd is seeking a Clinic Assistant who is responsible, detail-oriented and emotionally steady. You will communicate with patients, manage appointments and payments, and assist doctors or therapists in daily clinic operations.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, friendly patient interactions, and a calm, professional demeanor in handling day-to-day issues and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Clinic, healthcare, reception or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients/caregivers via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Manage appointments, reception and payment collection.
• Explain clinic services and suitable packages when needed — no hard selling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support doctors/therapists with daily clinic operations.
• Keep the clinic organised and welcoming.
• Handle day-to-day issues and follow up until they're properly settled.
