Responsibilities

• Customer Reception: Deliver a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression to all arriving patients and visitors.
• Registration & Intake: Register new and returning patients accurately in the Clinic Management System (CMS), ensuring records and contact details are up to date.
• Inquiry Handling: Promptly address patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels with clarity, warmth, and accuracy.
• Queue & Flow Management: Coordinate patient appointments and manage waiting room flow to ensure minimal wait times and a smooth clinic journey.
• Doctor Assistance: Chaperone and assist doctors during consultations, skin analysis, or treatment procedures.
• Basic Triage: Perform basic measurements (vital signs, height, weight, pre-procedure photos) where required prior to doctor consultation.
