Responsibilities

• Fixed appointment for patient.
• Register patient upon receiving or prescription or appointment letter.
• Assisting doctor in the clinic, if needed.
• Organize patient record in the clinic.
• Book appointment patient for operation and send to admission counter for admission.
• Ensure patient’s record to be ready before due for appointment.
• Ensure guarantee letter submission to the Business Office services is done daily after the registration of patient.
• Ensure all items ordered are keyed in correctly.
• Fully understand clinic receptionist job scope.
• Promote and ensure patient understanding of Patient and Family Rights.
