Job summary

TDMC Hospital in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Patient Service Assistant (Billing Office) to ensure patient admission and billing information are entered accurately, aligning charges with related departments.

You will support patients with empathy, work as part of a team, stay calm under pressure, and participate in a three-shift rotation to provide reliable service across the billing office.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Healthcare Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance-related roles, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to relate to and empathize with people.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Willing to work in Shift (3 shift) rotation.

Responsibilities
